I won’t stop lifting though💪🏼

5/22 Edited to

... Read moreWhen I first started lifting, I often faced comments that challenged my dedication, like being told "You look like a man." At first, these remarks could have discouraged me, but I chose to turn them into motivation. Lifting is not just about physical strength—it's about mental resilience and self-expression. In my experience, consistent lifting has helped me build both confidence and discipline. Sometimes, people misunderstand our fitness journeys and make assumptions based on appearances or stereotypes. However, staying true to your goals is what truly matters. When I receive skeptical comments, my response is simple: "ESTA"—which for me symbolizes my commitment and determination to push forward regardless of others’ opinions. If you're on a similar path, remember that perseverance is key. Developing a routine that suits your lifestyle, setting achievable milestones, and celebrating small victories can keep you motivated. Lifting weights isn’t just a physical activity; it becomes a part of your identity and a source of empowerment. No matter the obstacles or the voices around you, keep lifting and let your progress speak for itself.
