On Wednesday night, June 24 (local time), SpaceX sent 24 Starlink Group 17-45 satellites into orbit from the Vandenberg space base to increase the number of new satellites into its ever-growing Internet network, 🛰️
This mission marks the 74th flight of the Falcon 9 rocket and the 59th launch of this year's Starlink satellite! But the most important highlight is that the first-stage booster, code B1081, can safely return to land on a drone ship in the Pacific Ocean, marking the 25th trip into space. ♻️
The success of repeated rocket reuse is another milestone for Starlink in expanding its network to provide low-latency high-speed Internet access to even more people in remote areas. 🌍
