Don’t wait until January 1st start now ‼️

My morning and night wellness routine.

As a girl that has struggled with my weight all my life, I’ve had my cardio queen era, my only focusing on weight training era, and my lazy unmotivated era most recently. In spirit of the “winter arc” the past 2 months I’ve focused on:

• weight training in the morning

• 45 min to 1 hour of cardio in the evening.

• CONSISTENCY

As I close out the year I’m really focusing on cleaning up my diet and having a better relationship with food. That way once January hits the routine is established and the only thing left is to remain consistent. What wellness habits are you focusing on to become your ideal version of you?!
