Sunday Reset wellness edition

This past Sunday was the first time in a long time that I worked out. I’ve been a little mentally drained from work and the only thing that will get me out of this funk is focusing on myself.

~ 1 hour on the stairmaster

~20 minute reading session in the sauna

~Costo and target haul to get me back on track

~Mani and Pedi to make me feel good!
