Am I tripping? Or do yall see a difference?

Roughly a 6 week difference. October 22, 2024 to December 5, 2024.

I’ve been down on myself b/c I have only lost 5lbs but to my surprise I think I’m seeing a nice difference in my back! This is your reminder to take the pics and don’t trip about the number on the scale. #plussizefitness #gymmotivation

... Read moreIn the world of fitness, progress is often measured in numbers, but the journey often goes beyond weight loss. This article inspires individuals to focus on the visible changes in their bodies, such as improved muscle definition or overall posture. Many people, just like Deja, can become discouraged by the scale, yet witness significant transformations in their physique. Taking progress pictures can be a vital part of your transformation journey. Often, these images reflect changes that may not be captured by a measuring tape or weight scale. A 6-week timeframe can show remarkable improvements in strength, muscle tone, and confidence, which can serve as motivation to keep pushing forward. Additionally, the hashtags #plussizefitness and #gymmotivation are great resources for individuals looking to connect with similar journeys, building a supportive community that celebrates all body types. Embrace the process and remember: it’s about how you feel and the strength you build rather than the number you see on the scale.

Yes i see a big difference the back and the butt area. Sometimes the number on the scale doesn’t move judge by how your clothes fit and side by side pics as such ⬆️
