3 months of progress

Moment of Vulnerability

🤍 My Story: I’ve been consistent in the gym for 3 months now. I’ve seen the scale go up and down with fluctuations of 5lbs or so. I realized while I do see change (especially in my arms). I could/should be seeing a lot more changes. I’m ignoring the most important thing and that’s not being disciplined on the weekends.

🤍 How I Felt: I felt like I’ve been wasting my time and effort (not true but those are my feels).

🤍 My Takeaways: I need to lock in and stop making excuses. The binge drinking and cheat meals on the weekends must come to an end.

✨ Stay tuned!

Over the last three months, many individuals have experienced similar challenges, including fluctuations in weight and maintaining discipline during weekends. It's not uncommon to feel like progress is stalling, especially when faced with temptations like cheat meals or social drinking. Understanding how to manage these hurdles is crucial for success. One effective strategy is to set realistic goals, focusing on both short-term wins and long-term vision. Tracking progress through journaling or fitness apps can provide motivation and help identify patterns that need adjustment. Additionally, connecting with a supportive community can be immensely beneficial. Engaging in discussions about struggles and successes can provide accountability and encouragement. Hashtags like #fitnessjourney and #gymmotivation are great ways to find others who are on a similar path. Remember, every little step counts towards your overall progress. It’s okay to have ups and downs, but commitment to your fitness goals, especially on the weekends, can lead to satisfying results in your health journey.
