Bartels Cafe is famous for its craft sourdough. He uses natural yeast fermentation. It uses only flour, water, and salt. Bake fresh every day. It tastes a little sour. The outside is soft. Eat free and delicious.

The menu that has been reviewed a lot is Grilled Tuna Melt, Greasy Tuna Cheese Sandwich, Crisp Bread is good. Hot filling is the best tuna. Salty ruff. Combine greasy cheese and greasy cut with jalapeño. Spicy peppers. Eat with sour pickles. That's delicious. But this is so big that you have to share it twice.
The other one I ordered was Grilled Cubano. This one I like very much. It has the crispness, salinity and aroma of the ham and the sour taste of Dijon mustard and jalapeño. I like it more than tuna.
Other menus are worth trying, including Grilled Onion Soup, Sweet Ham & Brie, and Reuben's Cousin.
There are many branches in BMA now, but if you order it to eat at home, it's still delicious. This way, order through LM. The cheese is still greasy. The skin is still crisp.
