I wrote this story as a flash fiction 5 years ago and expanded it from 748 words to 3,100. Instead of keeping it on my hard drive I decided to send it out into to the world. It’s nothing profound but it’s good for a quick read and definitely not terrible for a first pub. I’m very excited and proud

Veggie chop or cube Red Potatoes, toss in some olive oil and “The Blend.” (Or garlic salt and pepper if you can’t find it). Lay potatoes in an even layer on sheet or in basket Air Fry for 30 min at 400 giving a shake or flip half way through. Probably the best thing I’ve made in this kitchen! #me
