Mencuba resipi hack salad Chick-fil-A di rumah memang memuaskan, terutama jika anda sedang berdiet atau menjaga pengambilan kalori. Saya suka tukar dressing yang asal dengan pilihan yang lebih sihat seperti cuka epal atau yogurt rendah lemak. Ini bukan saja mengurangkan kalori malah mengekalkan rasa segar salad. Selain itu, tambah potongan ayam panggang tanpa minyak untuk protein tinggi dan roti panggang gandum penuh sebagai sumber karbohidrat kompleks. Saya juga sering masukkan sayur-sayuran segar tambahan seperti lobak merah atau timun untuk tekstur lebih menarik dan vitamin ekstra. Hack ini sangat sesuai untuk mereka yang ingin lakukan transformasi badan tetapi tetap mahukan hidangan mudah dan cepat sediakan. Jangan lupa, kawal saiz portion supaya kalori tidak berlebihan. Pengalaman saya, salad hack ini bukan sahaja membantu saya kekal fit malah menjimatkan kos berbanding beli siap di restoran.
