Great shoulder combo. Creates balance, muscle definition, and you can do it quickly. Do this Front/Lateral Single Arm Dumbbell Raise on your next upper day. Best to do it seated for better isolation, stability, and core activation. Do 2-3 sets for 10 Reps per arm #shoulderworkoutforwomen
