Day 21 - Rest Day but I decided to do a flexibiliti yoga workout! I consider this an active recovery day - which is important - even with daily 10 minute workouts!

Check out my gym set up… or at least watch me set up my gym camera and yoga mat! I use the Xtra Muse pocket camera for the video, BODi for the streaming workouts and of course Manduka for my yoga mat!

Day 19 - Lower body! It’s the second lower body day of the week! Only 3 moves but increasing weight and decreasing time then repeating! That’s what tough about this workout.

Day 15 - Upper Body! These 10 minute workouts are short but not so sweet! They are harsh! This trainer packs so much into these 10 minutes! Trust me, my 62 year old body is trying hard to keep up!
