“Millionaires Bacon” Breakfast

Sweet & Spicy (Millionaires Bacon) Candied Bacon

- 7/8 Pieces Bacon

- 1/2 Cup Brown Sugar

- 1 1/2 Tsp Black Pepper

- 1 Tsp Smoked Paprika

- 3/4 Tsp Red Pepper Flakes

- 1/2 Tsp Cayenne Pepper

- 3 Tbsp Maple Syrup

1. Preheat oven to 350. Line your baking sheet with foil. If you have a wire rack, place a rack on top.

2. In a bowl, combine your pepper, paprika, red pepper flakes and cayenne pepper together and whisk until blended well.

3. Place your mix on a plate. Brush one side of your bacon with maple syrup. Press this side down onto your mix and repeat for the other side. Continue until all bacon is coated.

4. Bake your coated bacon for 15 mins. Remove from oven and flip your bacon. Return to oven and cook for an additional 15-20 mins, until your bacon is caramelized on the edges.

5. While bacon is cooling, line another pane with parchment paper and place bacon onto pan. Serve once bacon is cooled and hardened. (DO NOT PUT BACON ON PAPER TOWEL. WILL STICK)
