Introduction time!

Hey everyone, it feels great to finally put myself out there and connect with this amazing community! As a new face on Lemon8, I've been soaking everything in and thinking about what kind of content I want to share. You might have seen my car selfie – yes, that's me, nose piercing and all, just trying to snap a quick pic while juggling mom life! Starting fresh on any platform can be a little daunting, and I know I'm not alone in feeling that. For all my fellow #lemon8newbie friends out there, here are a few things I've learned or am trying to keep in mind as I begin this journey: Don't Be Afraid to Be Yourself: I'm a mom, I'm 22, and I'm still figuring things out. I want to share my authentic self, the messy and the magical parts of parenting and personal growth. It's easy to get caught up in making everything look perfect, but I truly believe real connections come from being genuine. Engage and Explore: One of the best parts of Lemon8 seems to be the community. I’m making an effort to not just post, but also to comment, like, and follow accounts that inspire me. It’s a great way to discover new ideas and make friends. If you're a #momma like me, or even if you're pursuing a dream career like becoming a paramedic, drop a comment! I'd love to hear your experiences. Embrace the Learning Curve: I mentioned I'm struggling with video ideas and editing – and that's okay! No one starts as an expert. I'm planning to watch tutorials, experiment with different apps, and definitely take any advice you lovely people send my way. Trying new things is part of the fun, right? Speaking of finding myself after having babies, it’s a journey many moms can relate to. It’s about rediscovering passions, setting new goals, and finding balance amidst the beautiful chaos of motherhood. For me, that dream is becoming a paramedic. It's a challenging but incredibly rewarding path, and I'm excited about the possibility of helping others in a profound way. It’s a big leap, especially with two little ones, but I'm determined to make it happen. If anyone has navigated a career change or pursued a demanding dream while balancing family life, I'd love to hear your tips and encouragement!
