I’ve been trying to follow through with a consistent health journey since my daughter passed almost 6 years ago. I’d work out 2 to 3 days a week and then I’d be done for the rest of the week. This week I worked out 7 times! And two of them were outside with one consisting of running in this heat!

Unless you’ve had a 2 as a first number on the scale, respectfully quit fixing your mouth to say so and so has picked up some weight!
