Okay, this business, where's the value?
The sales department says the productions are good.
Customers like
Quality over competitors
But when it's time to actually sell
What customers ask back is not the recipe.
It's not a raising result.
But as
"Release the credit?"
The more you do, the more you feel
Some businesses don't compete at productions.
But compete at the credits.
Who can release longer
Who gives more limits?
Who can accept more risk?
Finally, I decided to close the deal with my uncle.
Not because of anger.
Not because of hate
But because I didn't want to take my financial future
To deposit it with someone else's money management again
Luckily, we ended well.
Can still talk
Can still greet each other
But this lesson made me understand
"Good products can be sold."
But...
"Credit determines whether this business survives."

จากประสบการณ์ตรงที่ได้เล่ามา ผมได้เรียนรู้ว่าการบริหารธุรกิจไม่ได้หมายความเพียงแค่การขายสินค้าคุณภาพดีเท่านั้น แต่เรื่องของเครดิตหรือลูกหนี้ก็เป็นตัวแปรสำคัญที่หลายคนอาจมองข้าม อย่างในกรณีที่ลุงบอกว่า "มึงเอาไปก่อน ที่เหลือกูขอหมุนก่อน" นั่นคือสัญญาณของความเสี่ยงทางการเงินที่เกิดขึ้นเมื่อคนหนึ่งต้องพึ่งพาเงินของอีกฝ่ายหนึ่งตลอดเวลา ในโลกของธุรกิจโดยเฉพาะธุรกิจที่ต้องปล่อยเครดิตให้ลูกค้า การเข้าใจและจัดการกับเครดิตกลายเป็นกุญแจสำคัญ เพราะมันส่งผลโดยตรงต่อกระแสเงินสดและความสามารถในการดำเนินงาน หากเครดิตไม่ดีหรือปล่อยมากเกินไปโดยไม่ได้วางแผนให้รัดกุม อาจทำให้ธุรกิจขาดสภาพคล่องจนไปต่อไม่ไหว สิ่งที่ผมอยากแนะนำสำหรับคนทำธุรกิจ คือควรตั้งกฎเกณฑ์ให้ชัดเจนว่าปล่อยเครดิตได้เท่าไร และต้องจัดการเรื่องการติดตามหนี้อย่างมีระบบ เพราะการปล่อยเครดิตโดยไม่มีการควบคุมที่ดีอาจนำมาซึ่งความเสียหายทางการเงินในระยะยาว นอกจากนี้ควรใส่ใจในเรื่องของความเสี่ยงและประเมินลูกหนี้ว่ามีความน่าเชื่อถือแค่ไหน เพื่อที่จะได้ไม่ต้องเสี่ยงเอาเงินของตัวเองไปมัดจำหรือหมุนเวียนให้กับคนอื่นโดยไม่เกิดประโยชน์ สุดท้าย การบริหารธุรกิจให้สมดุลระหว่างการขายสินค้าและการจัดการเครดิตจะช่วยให้ธุรกิจอยู่รอดและเติบโตได้อย่างยั่งยืน ซึ่งเป็นบทเรียนที่ผมได้รับจากการดำเนินธุรกิจจริง และอยากแบ่งปันให้คนอื่นได้เข้าใจและเตรียมตัวให้ดีตั้งแต่เริ่มต้น
