🚩 Let’s expose ourselves… what’s your toxic habit? 😭

okay… safe space okay? 😭

everyone has THAT ONE toxic habit they refuse to admit…

today’s the day.

i’ll read every single comment, and i promise i won’t judge…

okay maybe a little. 🤏🏻

it can be something super random like:

💀 opening messages and replying 3 days later

💀 saying “i’m on the way” while you’re still at home

💀 adding 87 things to cart and buying none

💀 stalking someone’s profile then accidentally liking a post from 2019 😭

💀 setting 10 alarms and sleeping through all of them

nothing is too embarrassing HAHAHA

👇 what’s YOUR toxic habit?

let’s see which one is the most common. 👀

... Read moreIt’s funny how we all have those little habits that we know aren’t great but are too relatable to give up. For me, one toxic habit I can’t shake off is replying to messages days later even when I’ve seen them immediately—something I’m sure many can relate to. Sometimes I’ll even open a message, intend to respond quickly, then completely forget about it as life takes over. Another common one is saying “I’m on the way” while still at home, just to avoid sounding late or disorganized. I’ve also been guilty of adding tons of things to my online cart without buying anything, and then feeling overwhelmed when I try to decide what to actually get. And who hasn’t stalked an old social media profile, only to accidentally like a post from years ago?! That’s always embarrassing but strangely hilarious. One thing that stood out to me from reading experiences shared by others is how many people set multiple alarms and still manage to sleep through all of them—it’s like a universal struggle in adulting. These little habits, though sometimes frustrating, are part of our shared human experience and often bring a bit of humor to our daily lives. Sharing these toxic habits openly like this creates a safe space where we can laugh at ourselves and connect with others over common traits. If you haven’t found your toxic habit yet, try reflecting on daily moments where you catch yourself procrastinating, avoiding, or being a little sneaky. Chances are, those are exactly the quirks that make you feel less alone when you finally admit them. So, what’s your toxic habit? Let’s keep the honesty going and remind each other that nobody’s perfect, but everyone is perfectly relatable.

what if the reassurance you need is from yourself?
i’ve noticed how easy it is to look outward for reassurance…wanting someone to tell us, or show us, that we’re doing okay, that we’re enough, that we’re on the right track. and while that matters, i’m also learning this: sometimes, the reassurance we need most… is from ourselves. believing th

This is what emotional safety looks like🫀🧠😌
Yesterday, my partner and I were just chatting like we always do when the conversation unexpectedly drifted into slightly uncomfortable territory. Nothing explosive, nothing dramatic — just one of those quiet, honest moments. The kind that doesn’t come with raised voices, but still makes you pause
