So I’ve caved and now I am doing the mounjaro

So far I’m down 15 pounds I started October 22, 2024

But, during the holidays I skipped shots so I could enjoy some good food. I’ll go back January 15 for my next visit.

This is mahi mahi with Sweet Baby Rays garlic and Parmesan marinade rolled in Planko. Air fried, and small amount of the butter sauce but, I think I like mine without the butter sauce.
