Easy quick ramen

2 packs. ramen noodles (3oz or 85g)

2.5 tablespoon soy sauce

1 teaspoon brown sugar or honey or to taste

1/4 cup water

4 to 5 cloves of garlic minced

3 tablespoon scallions/ green onion white/ light green part

1 to 2 tablespoon spicy chili crisp (I use one with oil in it)

Cook noodles as directed without flavor pack

Sautee all the other ingredients minus the water for 2 minutes; then add water and sautee for 2 minutes

Add mixture to ramen and enjoy the spice

(You can add a sprinkle of white sugar to taste if needing a sweeter palate)
