For me, it's not just about getting clean; it's about recalibrating my energy, releasing stress, and creating a protective shield around myself. If you've ever felt weighed down, a spiritual bath can be your reset button. It's a beautiful act of self-love and intentional healing. Essential Ingredients & Their Spiritual Superpowers: You asked about specific herbs and how to use them, and I'm excited to share my favorites! Sea Salt: This is non-negotiable for me. Sea salt is an incredible purifier, drawing out negative energies and grounding you. I usually add a generous handful or two directly to the running water. Rosemary: Oh, rosemary! It’s fantastic for protection, clarity, and boosting memory. I love crushing fresh rosemary leaves and adding them to a muslin bag for easy cleanup, or simply letting them float in the water. It brings such a refreshing, earthy scent. Lavender: For peace, relaxation, and spiritual healing, lavender is a must.
