Ironically…I’m only about 3 pounds lighter today than I was then.
If you’ve ever felt like you’ve been losing and gaining the same few pounds over and over, trust me, I get it. It’s been one of the most frustrating parts of my journey.
But this time feels different.
I’m waking up earlier without hitting snooze.
I’m getting my workouts and walks in.
Hitting 10k steps is becoming second nature.
Meal prepping doesn’t feel like a chore anymore.
Protein has become my best friend.
For the first time in a long time, I’m not just chasing a lower number on the scale.
I’m building a healthier lifestyle that I actually enjoy.
Week 2 wins:
✔️ 3 lbs down from last Wednesday
✔️ Every planned workout completed
✔️ 10k steps becoming a habit
✔️ Meal prep staying consistent
✔️ Prioritizing protein every day
