Let’s finish out the week strong! 💕

Most weeks I like to meal prep on Sundays and again on Wednesday or Thursday to help get to the end of the week. Most of the foods I prepare last 3-4 days in the fridge so by this time it’s usually the perfect timeframe to get some fresh new foods in there to enjoy ☺️💕

I usually do my meal prep on Sunday. It takes about 1 hour to get everything prepped/cooked and put into containers. I make 5-6 meals for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Saturday and Sunday I don’t necessarily plan ahead for those days so I eat whatever I am feeling. Meal planning never works for me
