Aussie Collection
This product is lightweight with a nice clean smell nothing harsh I fee it wasn't very moisturizing on my hair and I ended up having to use another heat protector because my texture was not feeling right next day I had to moisturize my hair with pink moisturizer to snap back seems like an ok product just not for my hair I was sent this product complimentary for my honest review and opinion by @influenster @aussie
When I first heard about Aussie hair products, I saw so many mixed reviews, and honestly, a lot of people are asking: 'Is Aussie good for hair?' It's a question I've definitely pondered myself, especially after trying one of their products recently. My personal take is that it really depends on your hair type and what you're looking for! What might be 'ultra wonderful' for one person could be just 'okay' for another. From my experience, one of the biggest factors in whether a product works for you is understanding your own hair. For example, my hair tends to crave a lot of moisture, so when a product doesn't deliver on that front, I notice it right away. If you have hair that's naturally very oily or fine, a lightweight product like some of Aussie's offerings might be a dream come true, leaving your hair feeling clean and not weighed down. But if your hair is thick, curly, or prone to dryness, you might find yourself needing to layer on extra hydrating treatments, just like I did with my trusty pink moisturizer. Another thing I've learned is to pay attention to ingredients and how your hair reacts over time. Some Aussie products are known for their signature 'Australian botanicals,' which can be great for scent and feel. However, if you're sensitive to silicones or certain types of alcohols, it’s always a good idea to check the ingredient list. For me, a product that claims to offer 'ultra conditioning' needs to truly deliver deep hydration, not just a surface-level smoothness. If I still need to reach for a separate leave-in conditioner or hair oil after washing, then it tells me the main product might not be potent enough for my needs. And let's talk about heat protection! I found myself needing to grab another heat protector because my hair texture just wasn't feeling right after using the Aussie product alone. This really highlighted for me the importance of a dedicated heat protectant, especially if you use styling tools often. A good heat protectant isn't just about preventing damage; it also helps maintain your hair's internal moisture balance and can make your style last longer. If a shampoo or conditioner doesn't explicitly state it offers heat protection, it's usually safer to assume it doesn't and add that extra step to your routine. In my opinion, it's a non-negotiable for healthy hair, regardless of what other products you're using. Ultimately, deciding if Aussie is 'good' for your hair comes down to experimentation and knowing what your hair needs. Don't be afraid to try different lines within their collection, or even mix and match with other brands. What works for your friend might not work for you, and that's totally normal! For me, a 'good' hair product is one that leaves my hair feeling soft, moisturized, manageable, and protected without any extra fuss. While this particular Aussie product wasn't my personal 'ultra wonderful' match, it might be exactly what someone else is looking for. It's all about finding your perfect hair care puzzle pieces!
