My Garden

In my garden- This year was my first year attempting an actual garden, now I love plants but tending a producing garden is a whole different learning level. I took the advice from my green thumb mama “plant it if it doesn’t do well, eh you live and learn.” 🤣 Which pretty much sums it up. I made mistakes some things grew some did not. Needless to say I will be doing cucumbers next year along with tomatoes, zucchini and hot peppers. Bell peppers didn’t do well and some stupid critters got some of my herbs. Basil did well along with oregano and sweet mint. Gardening is work but for me it was pretty cool and satisfying to cook with veggies grown from my garden, it was the pay off. And it was also a piece of peace of my own little world away from the chaos of a chaotic world. Will I be doing a garden again? Most definitely! #growingagarden #garden #gardening
