Words that should be released through...If you don't want to create "hell in your heart,"
Many times...What afflicts us is not the occurrence, but the words of others that we allow to come to mind.
Some of the words are said for a few seconds, but we repeat them for days, months, sometimes years.
The person who spoke may have forgotten...But those who listen carry it all the time.
The Buddha taught that
Whoever does not receive what others give, it will be with the giver.
The same is true of words.
If we don't take his emotions in, suffering can't take over our hearts.
Today, let's see if...What kind of words should "let go"?
1. Insulting words that destroy our values
"She can never do it."
"She's not good enough."
"She's priceless."
Many people spend their entire lives proving these words to be untrue.
But the more you try to prove it, the more you become a slave to other people's opinions.
The truth is...
The value of a person is not determined by anyone's words.
People who despise us often speak from their own perspective, experience, or prejudice.
Not the whole truth of our lives.
If we use these words to create identity, we give the heart key to someone else.
Listen, but don't have to believe every word.
2. Gossip and accusations
This world is nobody. Never been gossiped.
Even the innocent Buddha has been accused, framed and misunderstood.
If the Buddha level of good people still can't escape gossip
How can we expect everyone to understand us?
Most people suffer, not because of gossip.
But suffering because I want everyone to think well about themselves
When do we leave happiness with other people's opinions?
Only then...Our hearts will never be free.
If what he's saying isn't true,
Our time and action will prove it.
No need to argue every time. No need to win everyone.
Sometimes...A conscious silence. More powerful than a thousand words of controversy.
3. Provocative words that make us angry
Many people know how to control us.
Just say a few words.
We are angry.
That means...
The remote controls our emotions are not in our hands.
But in other people's mouths.
Every time we get angry immediately, unknowingly,
We're letting the other person determine our state of mind.
The Buddha taught to have "consciousness."
Consciousness is knowing that
"The heart is getting hot now."
When you know
The mood gradually weakens.
But if you don't know,
Just a few minutes of anger.
It may create sins, make enemies, or break relationships built over the years.
Other people's words are just voices coming through.
But suffering happens when our hearts "hold on."
Hell is not in words...
But in the heart that kept the words and refused to let go
Many people think
"Without bad people, life would be happy."
But the truth is,
Even if no one curses
If the heart is still thinking, still clinging, still angry, still want to overcome
We can create hell ourselves every day.
On the other hand,
Even the outside world is full of criticism.
If the heart is conscious
Know what to take. What to put.
The inner world can still be calm.
Releasing through is not weakness.
But is wisdom
Because we choose not to let anyone's words rule the mind.
Remember that...
We can't stop the whole world from talking.
But we train our hearts not to let every word hurt us
When not accepting insults, not keeping gossip, and not being a victim of provocation,
Hell in my heart...Gradually extinguished.
And peace will arise from within.
It's not because the world has changed.
But because "our hearts" have changed.
"Keep calm...Because other people's words dominate us only as much as we allow them. "🙏
