I've been free from frozen shoulder for more than half a year! Sharing a few methods I personally found useful! 🥳

When I was scrolling on my phone and saw so many people complaining that their shoulders hurt so much they couldn't lift their arms, I really related to it so much! 😣

As someone who has been through it, I definitely have to share the few methods that worked best for me! 🙌

① Huayilang Patch: The one that helped me the most was this Huayilang Patch. 👏

It was recommended by a friend of mine who works in rehabilitation. 🙏

After putting it on, I could clearly feel my shoulder being firmly supported, like adding a soft support to the stiff joint. 🛡️

When I lifted my arm or turned my body, the pulling pressure from movement was spread out, and I finally dared to use strength. 💪

And about ten minutes after putting it on, that sore, swollen, dull pain deep in my shoulder slowly loosened up. 😌

One patch can last for more than ten hours. ⏳

I put it on in the morning and took it off before showering at night, and my shoulder felt relaxed all day. 🌙

It wasn't like before, when it would get stiff and heavy again by the afternoon. ✅

After using it consistently for about two weeks, I could smoothly raise my arm above my head. 🗓️

Now, if my shoulder occasionally feels tight after carrying something heavy, one patch can keep it under control, and it hasn't hurt again. 😊

② I moved my keyboard and mouse closer to me so I wouldn't have to reach my arm out to type. ⌨️

After lunch, I stopped lying directly on my desk for a quick nap. Instead, I would stand against the wall for a while and let my shoulders naturally hang down and relax. 🧘

③ Heat compress: 🔥

Every day after getting home from work, I used a hot towel on my shoulder for about ten minutes. 🧣

Once the warmth went in, the stiff muscles clearly softened. 😌

That's all of my experience with taking care of frozen shoulder. 📝

It may look like a lot, but they are all simple little things that are easy to stick with. 👍

Friends with the same problem can give them a try! 🙌

... Read moreHaving experienced frozen shoulder myself, I found that combining several simple yet effective approaches made a significant difference in my recovery journey. Firstly, the Huayilang Patch was a game changer. Recommended by a rehabilitation professional, this patch provided firm but gentle support to my shoulder joint. Its ability to distribute pressure evenly allowed me to move my arm with less pain and increased confidence. Wearing one patch daily for about ten hours helped manage soreness throughout the day and accelerated healing over the course of two weeks. In addition to using the patch, I made ergonomic changes to my workspace. Moving my keyboard and mouse closer prevented me from overstretching my arm, which often caused additional strain. This small adjustment helped maintain a neutral shoulder position, alleviating tension during long work hours. Instead of lying face-down on my desk for quick naps, I started standing against a wall and allowing my shoulders to hang naturally. This simple technique helped reduce muscle tightness and restored a comfortable range of motion. At the end of the day, applying a warm compress or hot towel for about ten minutes helped to relax stiff muscles in the shoulder. The heat promoted blood circulation, eased inflammation, and softened tight areas, contributing to overall pain reduction. Through consistent daily care combining these methods, I slowly regained the ability to lift my arm smoothly above my head and prevented future flare-ups. For anyone struggling with frozen shoulder, these manageable strategies could provide relief and improve quality of life if followed regularly.

Been using this daily contact lenses for 2 YEARS!
No need to go JB for affordable contact lense, the store is in Somerset 🤯 I used to be a colored lens girly, the kind who stretched one pair for months at a time. Then I came across an article that explained how damaging that actually is for your eyes and how crucial proper eye health really is.
