My Long-Time Tendonitis Actually Got Better!🙏🏻
My tendonitis had been bothering me for so long that I almost got used to it. 😣
Before, whenever my wrist started hurting, my first reaction wasn’t to figure out how to fix it. I would just switch hands, use it less, and wait a couple of days.
But the result was always the same — it kept coming back again and again.💫
I was finally willing to seriously deal with it after seeing someone mention Huayilang Patch under a post about wrist pain. ✊🏻
She said she also had long-term tendonitis and used to just avoid using her hand and push through the pain. Later, she started applying this medicated patch directly to the painful area, and her condition gradually became more stable.🤭
When I saw her mention that even “cutting her nails would hurt,” I immediately felt like she was describing me. So I went on Amazon and bought three boxes.✅
I didn’t apply it randomly. I placed it on the most painful spot where my thumb connects to my wrist. The next morning after using it, I noticed a difference when I picked up my comb.‼️
Before, whenever my thumb gripped the comb, my wrist would suddenly tighten. That day, I could hold it normally, and the pain didn’t suddenly appear.💖
After finishing the first box, I realized I wasn’t as afraid to use my right hand anymore. I didn’t have to switch to my left hand before opening bottles, I didn’t have to slowly test pressing pump bottles, and holding my phone for a while didn’t immediately make my wrist feel sore.🎉
After finishing the second box, I intentionally watched it for a few more days. I could do laundry, cook, and carry small bags normally, and my wrist didn’t suddenly flare up again.💗
After finishing the third box, I basically stopped using it. Now my thumb base doesn’t hurt, my wrist moves smoothly, and I can even wring out a wet towel without making a painful face.✨
Looking back now, it feels unbelievable. A problem I had been dealing with for so long actually got better little by little. Now I can use my right hand normally without constantly protecting it, and that feeling is much more comfortable than I ever expected.💕
