For example, I started by redesigning my morning routine to include mindfulness and journaling, which helped me process my feelings instead of suppressing them. I also made an effort to crowd out negative influences and spent more time with supportive friends and new communities who aligned with my goals. Physical space plays a huge role as well. Reorganizing my living area and adding elements that inspire growth helped me shift my mindset. Nature walks and setting mini-goals every week created a sense of progress and hope. These incremental changes, although small on their own, compounded and led to a powerful transformation.
