day3 strenth training

today was a rough one 🙃🥴 mentally rough, which drained me physically. I wasn't able to get my 2.5mile walk in, or my dedicated leg training. I am proud to say I completed some core focused training though. 🩷 tomorrow is a new day, with a good game plan 🩷 #strongcore #mombod #momsoflemo
