I wake up ridiculously early, so meal prepping is a must.

My new favorite eg combo packed with protein.

Ingredient:

🍳2 eggs

🍳 10 spinach leaves shredded

🍳1/4 cup cottage cheese

🍳1 Tbsp chopped onion

🍳1 Tbsp chopped bell pepper

🍳add your favorite seasoning

Directions:

🍳place all ingredients into a glass container with lid.

🍳Shake mixture and place in the fridge overnight.

🍳Scramble and add your favorite fruit 🍌
