The woman I’ve evolved into is a woman I am so proud of. Self reflection has definitely been an imperative part of my growth. Unlearning negative behavior eliminating negative coping skills incorporating positive coping skills, pursuing my dream, serving others. Addressing conflict, developing healthy communication skills, understanding everyone is not a friend, creating boundaries, developing patience and most importantly believing in myself. Im so proud of me and my journey and I know the era of 30 will only get better 🫶🏾
