I was so excited to finally get my hands on this book! I started reading it back in March but as a SAHM I don’t find the time to sit down and read until the end of the day and then I usually am too tired to put in some good time reading. So I took a pause on it but made the time to finish it this month! I love how Laurie Gilmore has very unique situations for all of her match making she does at Dream Harbor. I love the mix of adding a child into the situation. It is in a series but you don’t have to read the others first. However it will spoil the couples from the other books. Impatiently waiting for The Gingerbread Bakery.

I LOVE FREIDA. She’s so witty and clever in her storylines. You’ve thriller, mystery, and suspenseful. Then she always ends with a shocking twist. And in this case she had another twist!!!!

THE SPICE WAS THERE THE PLOT WAS NOT!! This was my first time reading a why choose. And I gotta say I didn’t hate it! The storyline tho kind of lost me. There is two other books which I’ve heard are better so hoping to get those read next month!

This book was a great pallet cleanser. No spice and nothing too graphic with the murder! Great story and really enjoyed trying to figure out “Who done it”.
