🌸📚 May reading wrap-up 📚🌸

Burn Down Master’s House, The Reformatory, & The Very Secret Society of Irregular Witches really kept me from a full on reading slump. My only 5 Stars ⭐️ for May.

📚BDMH & The Reformatory are both Southern Horror/ Thrillers both are set in Jim Crow and slavery setting. Hard, heavy, & dark, so protect your mental health with these.

📘The Very Secret Society of Irregular Witches is the cute found family, enemies to lovers lighthearted bit of whimsy that balanced out my dark tropes.

📔Queen Bee only got 4 starts because the end felt HELLA rushed. Still really good tho. DRAAAAMMMMAAAA

The Charm of A Second Chance and I Accidentally Locked Down A Witch were my ARC’s for the month. I Accidentally Locked Down A Witch left me bored. If not for being an ARC it would’ve been DNF’d.

A friend started me with the Dilinger Series so I’m gonna pick back up with Smoke in June.
