Ingredients:

1 cup cottage cheese

1 cup all purpose flour (can also use whole wheat, almond, or oat flour)

1 tsp baking powder

1/2 tsp salt

1/2 tsp garlic powder (optional)

2 eggs

1 tsp avocado or olive oil

Roll out three sections as thin as you want the bread and bake at 375 degrees f for 15-18 minutes

Use a variety of ways like as a flatbread, for a sandwich, or a wrap:)
