You Can’t Harvest What You Haven’t Allowed to Grow

#FruitfulFriday

You can’t harvest what you haven’t allowed to grow 🌱.

Most people quit in the quiet phase…When nothing looks like it’s working…

But that’s exactly when everything is taking root.

✨Stay consistent.

🍃Stay patient.

🪴Stay planted.

Your “fruit” is coming🍇…

... Read moreOne thing I’ve learned through personal experience and hearing countless stories is that growth is often invisible at first. When you start working towards a goal — whether it’s starting a business, learning a new skill, or improving your health — you won’t see immediate results. That quiet phase where progress feels slow and uncertain often tempts us to give up. But this is the critical period when foundations are being built. Just like a seed planted underground, the roots are quietly developing even though you can’t see them. I found that staying consistent, even on days when motivation waned, was essential. Setting small daily routine habits helped me stay patient and committed. For example, writing 200 words a day on my project, or going for a short walk every morning, created momentum. These habits may seem insignificant day-to-day, but over weeks and months they compound and prepare you for larger breakthroughs. Also, reframing 'waiting' as 'allowing time for growth' changed my mindset. It turned the quiet, seemingly stagnant phase into one full of hope rather than frustration. Keeping a journal to track small wins and shifts in understanding helped remind me progress was happening, even if my goal felt far away. So, if you’re in that quiet phase right now where efforts seem fruitless, remember: you can’t harvest what you haven’t allowed to grow. Keep nurturing your dreams with discipline and patience. Your “fruitful season” will arrive. This process takes time, but the rewards are well worth the wait.
