Most of my work days rely by sitting down typing on a computer or working on my phone. Due to the nature of repetitive movement my pec muscles tend to get tight. I like to do these stretches on the daily to losen the muscles and relieve any pain. All stretches I do them for 20-30 seconds 3 times.

I typically set foot into Walmart very frequently. By now I’ve learned about the yellow tags on the clearance items a little bit more.
