Improve your wellness with these habits

On a monthly basis I like to evaluate how my month was and if there were habits that were either lacking or adding benefits to my life.

I have noticed that some habits might do me well during some seasons of my life but not throughout others. I am in a season where I am busy yet figuring out priorities. Here are 3 wellness habits that have served great purpose for me lately.

1. Making time to socialize with my current friends or by making new friends truly helps me get out of my state of mind of only thinking about work.It helps me get distracted and brings me a lot of joy.

2. When I am locked out of work I stop worrying, planning, or thinking about work. I have struggled in the past to separate my personal time with my work and this is very detrimental to your health.

3.Moving my body always makes me feel great. It strengthens my body and it refreshes my mind.I would encourage you to take time to exercise.
