Ways to get back to jogging

I used to go jogging 5 days a week for at least an hour and honestly it get my physical and mental help. Jogging helped my stamina as well as feeling accomplished and refreshed. I looked forward for my jogs everyday. I have been trying to get back to jogging and this is what has helped. - I like wearing a cute outfit to jog. It motivates me and keeps me looking forward to it. - Personally jogging in the morning works the best for me. I love getting in a workout before my days starts. It makes me feel super accomplished and active. -By starting with jogs with multiple walking breaks it helps to prepare to prepare you for success instead of fail. It helps you be realistic and not get discouraged. Try to decrease your breaks every 3 days.
