It’s a quick win for gaining back some space without deleting anything important. Optimize Your Media, But Wisely. Sometimes, we don't need every single video or photo in its highest resolution on our phones. Many phones have settings to optimize storage by keeping smaller versions on the device while storing the full-res in the cloud. For videos, you can use simple video compression tools (often built into editing apps) to reduce file size slightly without a noticeable loss in quality for social media sharing. I’ve found this really helps with my many process videos. Finally, for keeping track of what I've already posted (because let's be real, remembering every single piece can be tough!), I keep a simple digital spreadsheet. It includes the date, title, platform posted on, and a link to the post. It’s a small effort that saves a lot of confusion and helps me plan future content without accidentally reposting something too soon.
