For instance, when praying for strength during personal hardships, having faith that answers will come in God's perfect timing strengthens the heart and mind. I've found that journaling my prayers and reflections helps me process feelings of doubt or frustration and remind me of the progress I make daily. Their stories often reveal similar struggles and affirm that delayed answers do not mean forgotten prayers.
