Postpartum things I wish I knew sooner
I feel like the 4th trimester is not really talked about as often. Many people think that once you have the baby you’re back to normal, but they could never be more wrong. We go from having all these extra hormones to having them taken away so fast, to having so many different mood swings, to bleeding for several weeks, and the list goes on! Heres a tip I learned...I just let my daughters nursed at the br*ast while I relaxed...I didn't pump unless we had to go out to appts, grocery store, etc...Let her nurse at the br*ast, it promotes bonding...Just saying in case you don't do it that way...trust me, she will sleep longer and my mother told me to sleep when the baby sleeps...housework and chores can wait...I'm not being negative, just giving you tips to make life easier...let me know if you try this method and if it works...blessings to you!
