4Wheeling on Bachelors Loop
One of my favorite places to cruise around is Bachelors Loop in the old mining area north of Creede.
The main loop will take you around the old mines that make up Creede like the Amethyst, Holy Moses and the Bachelors mines but for more fun there a 4wheel drive route around the backside that takes you to the top of the loop and goes by the site of the old mills.
Beautiful drive that gets you back into the San Juan Mountains. Try it out of your ever in the area....and have 4wheel drive.
