Sit still all day. Don't want to do anything. Don't have the power to laugh.

Stretch life, but the "heart extinguishes the moth" down every day.

That's not Longevity.

"Top Longevity" for me is the science of living long, knowing value.

It's not avoiding aging.

But to understand aging and live with it beautifully.

Quality longevity does not mean no disease.

But it means we can still "be ourselves" even on days when the body changes.

I saw many 80-year-olds who still get up and garden every morning.

Singing softly during watering the trees.

And said to me with clear eyes,

"Doctor, I'm not afraid to die. I'm afraid I'll never be like this again."

I think that sentence is the heart of all Longevity.

1. Stay long with the body that listens to your own voice.

How long the body stays with us depends on whether we listen to it enough.

We don't have to do everything the trend commands.

But should know what you want at each stage of your life.

3. Stay powerful with sharing

What I saw was clearly the happiest elderly in the hospital.

Is that they "give" more than they take.

People who still get up to tell their grandchildren

Also send a greeting message to a friend.

Or can smile with the nurse even the last day

Is the most powerful person in the world.

The real Longevity is not to have force, but to "send others the courage" forcefully.

🕊️ Unquality longevity is unconsciousness.

But Top Longevity is "knowing."

You don't have to run a marathon. You don't have to take expensive pills.

Just know "slow down."

And value every second of waking up consciously.

Every time I see a patient who smiles despite his illness,

I will always think

"This is a really long life."
