จากประสบการณ์ส่วนตัว ผมพบว่าการฝึกฝน Critical Thinking หรือการคิดอย่างมีวิจารณญาณนั้นช่วยให้ชีวิตเราดีขึ้นมากในยุคที่ข้อมูลข่าวสารล้นหลามและบางครั้งขาดความน่าเชื่อถือ สิ่งแรกที่ผมทำคือการตั้งคำถามกับสิ่งที่ได้ยินหรือเห็น ไม่ว่าจะเป็นข่าวสารจากโซเชียลมีเดียหรือการพูดคุยระหว่างคนรอบตัว ผมไม่รีบเชื่อหรือปักใจเชื่อทันที แต่จะลองหาข้อมูลเพิ่มเติม เปรียบเทียบข้อเท็จจริงในหลายแหล่ง เพื่อไม่ให้ตัวเองตกเป็นเหยื่อของข่าวปลอม หรือการตลาดที่หลอกลวง นอกจากนี้ ผมยังเรียนรู้ที่จะรับฟังความคิดเห็นที่แตกต่าง มองโลกจากหลายมุม ซึ่งช่วยเปิดมุมมองและทำให้เข้าใจสถานการณ์จริงได้ดียิ่งขึ้น แทนที่จะยึดติดกับความเห็นส่วนตัวหรือยึดติดกับอัตตา ทำให้กล้ารับผิดชอบและเปลี่ยนแปลงความคิดได้เมื่อเจอข้อเท็จจริงใหม่ๆ การคิดอย่างมีวิจารณญาณยังส่งผลดีต่อการทำงาน เมื่อเราวิเคราะห์และตัดสินใจบนพื้นฐานของข้อมูลที่ถูกต้อง เราจะสามารถแก้ไขปัญหาได้มีประสิทธิภาพและสร้างผลงานที่มีคุณภาพ ไม่ใช่แค่ทำตามคำสั่งอย่างไร้ความคิด สุดท้าย ผมอยากบอกว่า Critical Thinking ไม่ได้ทำให้คุณดูดีหรือเป็นที่นิยมในสายตาคนทั่วไปเสมอไป แต่จะทำให้คุณไม่เดินหลงทางในโลกที่เต็มไปด้วยข้อมูลผิดๆ และสร้างชีวิตที่มีเหตุผลและมีคุณค่าได้จริง
