Crock Pot Enchilada Soup

Ingredients:

-2 large chicken breasts, thawed

-1 10oz can red enchilada sauce

-1 14oz can black beans, drained

-1 14oz can corn, drained

-1 4-7oz can diced green chiles

-1 14oz can diced tomatoes

-1 14oz carton chicken broth

-minced garlic

-salt and pepper

Directions:

1. Add all ingredients to crock pot and stir to combine.

2. Cook on high for 3-4 hours or on low for 5-6 hours.

3. Use to forks to shred chicken.

4. Serve and enjoy!
