[How to make]
Put sesame oil, a garlic tube, and a ginger tube in a frying pan and cook the minced pork over medium heat.
When the minced pork becomes soft, add the grilled tofu and cut it into pieces that are easy to eat with a spoon.
Mix 150 ml of water, 2 teaspoons each of miso, sugar, and doubanjiang, 1 / 2 tablespoon each of soy sauce and chicken soup, and 1 / 2 teaspoon of oyster sauce, and heat for 2-3 minutes.
Add 2 tablespoons of mixed B water and 1 tablespoon of potato starch and mix gently.
