Tuna for breakfast
This Kirkland brand tuna has a whopping 42g of protein per can for 190 cal. On itself it’s not very tasty because it’s canned in water and the tuna does not have much fat in it (3g). So I like to add the following - a couple drizzles of olive oil - 4 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar -
