My daughter and I started our own #sourdoughstarter almost two years ago, and it was a success! I also bake #nonsourdough items as well!! I recently experimented with what I refer to as "everything but the egg carbonara" loaf, which was fantastic! I added #pancetta , #parmesan cheese , and black pepper during lamination, and it was amazing!
