Lower Body ( 2-3 times a week ) Leg press Leg extension Abductor machine Hip thrust Bulgarians Leg curls 4 sets 12-15 reps… commit to doing these workouts 2-3 times a week for 6 weeks and you’ll notice results 💪 Additional Tips: Go up in weight each week or do more reps if keeping
