We train in the Club Lounge department will be the area of the vip customer, or customers who book a room, the price combined with the lounge can come in.

There will be a conference room zone, a space for customers to sit and work, a space for customers to sit and eat.

There are two main periods when we have a job.

- Early in the morning, customers will be able to come in for breakfast from 06: 00 to 10: 00 (This is not sure, but remember about this)

Every time the customer comes in, you have to ask the room number and name to check if they really have the right to use the lounge space. This one, if you start to see the customer's face often, you have to remember the number and name. You should not ask, and it can impress the customer.

And they will serve the food that customers order separately from the buffet line, collect the dishes, wipe the table.

- When breakfast is over, close the line and prepare snacks for the afternoon. There will be bread, desserts, soft drinks that can be eaten during the day.

In the meantime, we watch to clean, collect, leave out what customers eat. Sometimes customers will give them coffee. This allows us to learn different types of coffee.

- At about 4 o'clock, start preparing a dinner buffet line. There will be an extra mini bar for customers to order drinks, wine, cocktails 🍸. We like it lately because there is a lot to do. There will be a lot of customers to use.

A rough job is about this. In the early days, he would take a tour of the hotel to see the floors that need to know in case customers ask which floor the pool is, which floor the spa is, which is the information to know. With practice for only 2 months, he rarely touched many systems. There are some. If wanting to know anything, let him teach.

Practiced for 2 months, did not find anything toxic, the elder is very good, the other department is good. It is considered to be a good experience for us. Even when we learn how the 5-star hotel system is, how customer service, it allows us to continue in other service jobs. 💖
