101 Soup Challenge Soup #16

Creamy Tomato Soup is #soup #16 of my challenge 🤸 I always cut recipes in half, but today I went a bit off book b/c I wanted a little more substance & flavor. I added buttery/garlicky #sourdough croutons, a fancy garlic & herb jack cheese and mango habanero chix sausage - I did not make the focaccia recipe recommended.
